The 2025 Candia Cellars Sauvignon Blanc from Chalk Hill AVA in Sonoma County showcases the balance between vibrant fruit, elegant texture, and thoughtful winemaking.

For this wine, we sourced our grapes from Fields Family Vineyard in Lodi, a producer we have trusted and worked with in the past. That existing relationship gave us confidence in both the quality of the fruit and the care taken in the vineyard.

Every winemaker has a turning point; a moment when passion surges, and purpose crystallizes. For me, it was the day I met Drew Damskey. My journey into winemaking did not come from a family legacy in the industry.
