Founded in 2025 in Sonoma County, Candia Cellars is a boutique, female-founded wine brand dedicated to crafting small-lot wines with intention, precision, and heart. Each bottle reflects a thoughtful approach to winemaking, where quality, sustainability, and expressive character are never compromised.

Chalk Hill Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant, crisp, and beautifully aromatic. Grown in volcanic and mineral-rich soils, this wine expresses bright notes of citrus, green apple, and white peach layered with hints of fresh-cut herbs and subtle minerality.
A period of bâtonnage (lees stirring) adds texture and depth, enhancing mouthfeel with a subtle creaminess while maintaining the wine’s natural freshness. Warm days encourage full flavor development, while cool evenings preserve bright acidity, resulting in a Sauvignon Blanc that is both lively and refined, finishing clean with layered complexity.

Grenache Blanc thrives in Lodi in ways few expect. Shaped by warm days and the cooling Delta breeze, the fruit ripens to full expression while retaining a vibrant natural freshness.
The wine opens with lifted aromatics of white flowers, pear, and white peach, layered with notes of Meyer lemon, honeysuckle, and delicate stone fruit. On the palate, it is textured and generous, offering a round, silky mouthfeel balanced by bright acidity and a subtle mineral edge.
Though naturally fuller in body, this Grenache Blanc remains lively and precise, finishing clean with lingering layers of citrus and orchard fruit. A versatile, food-friendly wine that pairs richness with refreshing energy.
